For breakfast this morning we had Blueberry Oatmeal Crisp.  It was pretty good but had cooked bananas in it.  They weren't as bad as I thought they would be, but I think it would be better if you put them on top after it had cooled and ate them raw.  Rating:  3 out of 5.



Two new recipes today.  It has been awhile since have done that.  Dinner was Spicy Thai Braised Kale and Tofu & Cauliflower Bean Flatbread/Tortilla. These two went together well. I was surprised how much I liked the Spicy Thai dish. We used baby kale and that helped a lot I think, but the kale wasn't too bad. This had some heat which I liked quite a bit and it was even better the next day for lunch. I would rate it 4 out of 5. Next time I think we'll add some mushrooms.
