We had these two dishes for dinner tonight.  Above is Green Bean Salad with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette. It was pretty good. It had lots of flavor. Kind of tangy with a little texture from the almonds. Next time I would cook the green beans a little less and not add them to the rest until they are cool. I would rate this 4 out of 5.

Below is Turkey & Pineapple Stir Fry. It wasn't bad but wasn't as good as the Green Bean Salad. The stir fry was kind of bland. Next time I would keep the tomatoes, bean sprouts, and lettuce out and add them at the very end so they don't get as warm. There was too much rice too. It wasn't bad. I could eat it OK but it wasn't something I really liked either. I would rate it 3 out of 5. I would also cut the turkey into a little bigger chunks.

Another person on Dr. Fuhrman's website said they added red pepper flakes, ginger, liquid Amino's, garlic rice wine, and tahini to the pineapple juice mixture (similar to another recipe on the site).   These ideas might make it more of a 4 out of 5.
