Tonight for dinner we had Creole Chicken with Red Beans and Spinach.  This wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either.  I wanted to like it more, but the flavor was too basic, mainly tomato sauce and bell peppers.  It needs something.  Rating:  3 out of 5.
