I really expected my weight to go up this week.  Megan was still recoverying from her injury so we ate off diet almost every meal this week and I didn't even try to avoid salty/fatty foods.  We did eat a few breakfasts on diet by the end of the week.  I was very surprised to learn that I dropped 0.3 lbs.  I'm now at 240.0 lbs.  My fat mass was 37.1% and my BMI remains at 33.  My fat mass did go up slightly.  I'm at a loss to explain my weight loss.  Maybe my scale isn't accurate?  Anyway, I'll take it!  Next week we will be back on diet and I can hopefully start losing weight again.  I want to get down below 230 as soon as I can within reason.
