We had Creamy Red Pepper Soup for dinner tonight.  It was pretty good.  I think I would rate it 3.5/5.  With some work, it could be a 4/5.  It needs something.  Maybe mushrooms or more onions.  I'd kind of like to try it with Pinto beans instead of white beans too and see what that does to it.
