For dinner tonight we had Black Bean Chili with Cilantro Pesto. It was very good. I didn't think I would like the pesto. It didn't have much flavor, but it gave the chili a kind of creamy quality and made it richer. I would rate this 4 out of 5 or maybe even 5 out of 5. I could eat this weekly in the winter. This is the best winter dish we have tried.
