For dinner tonight we had Nachos with Homemade Cornmeal Tortillas, Tempeh Nacho Topping and Tahini Cheese. The bottom picture is what it looks like without the lettice, avocado and tomato topping. The top picture is the final product. Overall, it wasn't bad. The shell was HORRIBLE! I think the siding on my house would taste better! I threw it away and put it in a regular tortilla and it tasted better. With the regular tortilla, I would rate this a 3 out of 5. Adding some salsa would help.
