This week, I took most of the week off from the diet and enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving dinner (on Sunday). I ate several sandwiches and several desserts. I thought I might gain as much as 6 or 7 pounds and hopped it wouldn't be 10. I was relieved to see that I only gained 4.1 lbs. I can take that off in two weeks, maybe even one. My BMI remains at 32. My fat mass is 36.1 up 0.6 from last week.
I've been hanging between 230 and 235 pounds for some time. With Christmas time coming, I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get and stay below 230 until January 2018.
