Tonight we had Refried Beans and Vegetable Burritos for dinner.  They weren't bad.  I would leave more of the beans whole next time (maybe 50% or more) and blend the zucchini and spinach.  I would also add avocado and maybe some wild rice for texture.  Probably a 3 out of 5 but could be a 4 out of 5 with some work.
