This was our dinner tonight, Quick and Creamy Vegetable Bean Soup (pictured above) & Spiced Sweet Potato Cornbread (pictured below). Both were good. The soup was one of the better soups we tried. It was filling and rich. It held up well for lunch the next day too. The cornbread didn't taste like cornbread, but more like pumpkin bread. It was too sweet and had the wrong spices for cornbread (but was OK as a pumpkin bread like thing). I would rate the soup a 4 out of 5 and the cornbread a 3 out of 5.
