Last week I gained 3.7 lbs. This week I lost 4 lbs. I was disappointed I gained so much last week so I was trying to get back down to near where I was before. I was happy to see that I lost it and a bit more. I'm now at 235 lbs. My fat mass was 37.2% and my BMI was at 32. My fat mass actually rose by 1% and my BMI went down by 1. I'm not sure what this means. Overall, I'm happy with the weight loss.
We had Black Bean and Butternut Squash Chili for dinner. It was pretty good. Not great, but pretty good. I could eat this about once a month.
