My weight when way up this week.  I weighed 239.0 lbs.  That is an increase of 3.7 lbs in one week.  My fat mass was 36.2 and my BMI was 33.  My fat mass dropped by about 3% and my BMI went up by 1.

The reason for my weight gain was obvious.  We had a week off from school due to fires and I ate off the diet a lot this week.  I had pork spare ribs and potato salad three times this week.  I had homemade pumpkin bread several times.  I also went out to eat on Friday, right before my weight gain.  I probably ate off the diet more than on it.  I miss eating on the diet frankly.  It might be a placebo effect, but the food feels healthier in the same way that eating fast food seems less healthy than what most people eat.

I knew I would gain weight, but I was surprised to see how much.  I thought it would be more like 2 lbs.  It was closer to 4.

I've had trouble staying below 235 lbs, but I haven't been staying on the diet enough lately to make good gains.  I'm going to try to do better next week.
