We had Quinoa Breakfast Pudding for breakfast today. It wasn't very good. I could eat it, but didn't like it all that much. It was better without almond milk on it. It didn't have Kale in it either (it was supposed to). With Kale, it would be worse.

I weighed 232.2 lbs today. That is the first time I've been below 235! I lost 3.1 lbs this week! I'm shocked because, a) we ate off the diet 3 times this week and b) I've been sick. My BMI was 32 and my fat mass was 39.4%.
