My weight dropped by 3.2 lbs this week!  I'm now at 235.3 lbs!  My fat mass went up by 0.5% to 40.5% and my BMI dropped to 32.  Overall, I'm quite pleased with how much I lost this week and a bit surprised, because I had pizza last weekend and went off the diet for lunch on Monday and Wednesday of this week.  I'm glad to see that I'm getting close to going below 235.
