I lost weight this week. I dropped 0.9 lbs.  I now weigh 234.8 lbs.  My fat mass is 36.4% and my BMI is 32.  That is a drop of 1.6% in my fat mass and my BMI remained the same.  I wasn't too surprised by this drop.  I ate on diet most of the week and had salads the last two days.  I was hoping it would be better but thought it might not be this good.
