We had Banana Nut Muffin Oatmeal for Breakfast today. It was OK, but not great. Megan added too much water to it and it was mushy. The flavors were only OK as well. Even with the correct amount of water, it still probably would only be OK. I could eat this once in awhile but not often.
For dinner tonight we had Warm Spiced Butternut Squash Salad with Winesap Apples and Raw Pumpkin Seeds. It was pretty good. I could eat this once a month or so. I'd rate it 3 out of 5.
