At my weigh in today I had gained 2.5 lbs.  I expected this to happen.  Last week I lost 3.1 lbs., which I thought was a suspiciously large amount to lose in one week.  Also, I ate off diet twice this week so it didn't surprise me that I went up.   I seem to go up one week and down the next with an overall net loss.  As long as I keep going down overall, I'm OK with it.  My fat mass was 38% and my BMI was 33.  That is a drop of 1.4% on my fat mass and my BMI remains the same.
