We had Fresh Rolls with Peanut-Ginger Tempeh for dinner tonight. This is a lot like a recipe a friend of ours made for us up in Mt. Shasta over the summer, but frankly, that recipe was a little better. This needs more veggies and more sauces. The sauces really make the dish by adding a burst of flavor. I'd recommend a hot and spicy or mustard sauce for example.
