My weight went up this week.  At my weigh in I weighed 238.5 lbs.  My fat mass was 40.0% and my BMI was 33.  My weight increased by 0.2 lbs this week and my fat mass by 1.9%.  My BMI remained the same.  I ate three meals off of the diet this week including two on Friday (lunch and dinner) which probably didn't help things at all since I probably had more salt on the day before my weigh in.  While this isn't much of a gain, it is disappointing a little.  If I'm going to eat off of the diet, I prefer to do it earlier in the week, not later.
