At my weigh in today I weighed 238.3 lbs. I lost 1.4 lbs this week. My weigh in was a little late this morning so those number might be a tad high. My fat mass was 38.1% down from 40.5% and my BMI was 33 again. Overall, I'm fairly happy with these numbers. I probably could have been slightly lower if I hadn't eaten as much trail mix yesterday afternoon and we also ate out for two meals this week (burritos and then left over burritos for lunch the next day), but I'm glad that I'm going down.
For breakfast this morning we had Baked Apple and Chia Seed Breakfast. It was OK, but kind of weak. The Chia seeds don't add enough beyond the apples to really make this feel like much more than eating a bunch of apples. I think it would be better with another grain in it, possibly oats.
