I weighed myself today.  It had been about 10 days since my last one when we left on vacation.  I knew that my weight would go up because I ate things that weren't on our diet the four days we were on vacation.  I also had two lunches this week that weren't on the diet.  I gained 1.1 pounds.  That isn't too bad for about 5 days off diet with several desserts.  I'm still below 240 lbs too, which I hoped I would be but didn't expect.  My weight was 239.7; fat mass 40.5% and my BMI is still 33.


This was our breakfast today.  It is called Baked Oatmeal.  It tasted weird.  Next time, I would skip the chocolate sauce that is on top and instead put the date that was in it, in the oatmeal to make it a little sweeter.  I would also skip the raspberries.  They tend to be sour unless they are very ripe.  I would use other berries instead like strawberries or blueberries.
