I weighed myself early this week since we are going on vacation.  To my surprise, I had lost 3.5 lbs!  I'm now down to 238.5 lbs.  When I started I weighed 264.7 lbs.  I have lost 26.2 lbs!  Getting below 240 is a major achievement for me.  I hung around 240 lbs for years.  It has been a long time since I have been below that mark.  All of this in spite of eating some pulled pork (3 times this week) and some chocolate chip cookies.  Why did I go down in spite of eating these things?  Well, for one thing, my weight tends to fluctuate.  Last week it went up quite a bit.  When that happens, it often goes down the next week.  Another reason it went down is because I ate more salads this week.  No scale that uses gravity (and all spring scales do) are 100% reliable either.  I think mine fluctuates by a pound or two.  The important thing is I am continuing to lose weight.

Other stats:  My fat mass was 38.6%.  My BMI was 33.  My fat mass went up by about 2% and my BMI remains unchanged.
