We finally received a working Instant Pot in the mail today.  We ordered our first one in early April and it arrived in mid-June but was broken due to a shipping issue.  This one was slated to arrive in December.  I have no idea why it takes them so long.  Anyway, it came early.  We got it today!  We have friends coming this weekend that know a lot about instant pots so I'm looking forward to seeing what we can do with this one.  It is the latest model, the Instant Pot Ultra.
