We had Super Seed Oatmeal for breakfast this morning.  It tasted a lot like many of the other oatmeal recipes we've tried on this diet.  It was good.  I could eat this weekly.  We were supposed to put blueberries on it, but our strawberries were ripe, so we used them instead.



For dinner tonight we had Tomato Almond Pocket Pitas. I left mine open so you could see what it looks like. They were very good. I was surprised by how much I liked them. The red spread on them is a combination of marinara sauce and almond butter. It didn't sound that good to me, but it tasted really good.
