Eat to Live, Week 6, Day 5


I made this for breakfast this morning.  It's called Quick Banana Breakfast to Go.  It has blueberries, a small amount of pomegranate juice, walnuts, raw sunflower seeds, currants, oats, and bananas.  You're supposed to cook it.  I didn't like the warm bananas.  Next time I think I would either cook only the pomegranate juice and oats or just put them in the frig overnight and then add the other ingredients in the morning.  I think it would be better cold.  Also our bananas were a little over ripe and that didn't help things.  Otherwise it was pretty good.
