Eat to Live, Week 6, Day 4


For lunch today we had Vegetable Bean Burritos with sliced avocado.  I left the burrito open so you could see what was inside.  It was pretty good.  I think it needed  more beans.  A bigger tortilla might have helped too.  The avocado was hard to transport and not have it brown.  Next time I think I would make guacamole instead and put it in our guac-lock.
