Eat to Live, Week 4, Day 7


Our breakfast this morning was Overnight Oatmeal.  It is an oatmeal dish where you soak the oats in almond milk overnight but don't cook them.  It had some currants in it too.  We used steel cut oats but you could use rolled oats.  Next time we'll try those.  It was better than I thought it would be.  Not great, but pretty good.  I'd eat it again, but I prefer the other oatmeal dishes a little more.
