Eat to Live, June 29, 2017


This small glass of "shake" was our only breakfast this morning.  It's called Banana Berry Shake.  It was made out of bananas, strawberries, almond milk, and some ground flax seeds.  It was easy to make but frankly, the serving sizes were off (again).  Not enough for two people.  Even Megan was hungry afterward.  I think I would double it next time or have something with it.  It tasted fine, but there wasn't enough of it.
