Eat to Live, June 28, 2017
Breakfast this morning was Cinnamon Fruit Oatmeal. It had a LOT of apple in it as you can see from the picture and not much oatmeal. I got a little hungry before lunch because this was mainly an apple for breakfast. It tasted good. I could probably eat this once a week.
For dinner, we had Popeye Pitas with Mediterranean Tomato Spread (pictured below) and Island Black Bean Dip (pictured above). I liked the pitas. They had good flavor and texture. They would be a little weak by themselves. The dip was awful! I love black beans but this just tasted weird. I think it was probably the mango in it. I like mangos but didn't like these flavors together at all. Next time I would leave them out or, better yet, try a different black bean dip.
