Eat to Live, June 26, 2017
Our breakfast today was Blueberry Banana Breakfast Cobbler. This was supposed to be two servings, but as you can see, there isn't much. So we each had two servings. It was easy to make and tasty. I could eat this once a week or so. I put the bananas in after it was done cooking, everything else, got zapped in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Our dinner last night was Roasted Vegetable Pizza. It wasn't that great. I don't like broccoli on pizza and the whole thing tasted kind of weird. This isn't something I would make again.
