Eat to Live, June 21, 2017
I made this for breakfast this morning. It's called Blueberry and Flax Seed Oatmeal. The recipe called for putting the bananas in the oatmeal and cooking them. I don't like cooked bananas and thought it would be healthier anyway if we put them on afterwards, fresh. It was good. I could eat this once a week or so.
