Eat to Live, June 17, 2017

I lost 1.3 lbs. this week in spite of going off diet twice this week.  My weight is now 247.5 lbs.  My fat mass dropped by 5.4 points down to 98.  My BMI is now 34.6.  I have lost a total of 17.2 lbs. in six weeks.

We are now off of the more restricted diet.  I don't think there will be a lot of change with the less restrictive diet.  We are now going to focus on trying new recipes so we can find more things that we like to eat on the Eat to Live plan.  I've also decided to change the way I label things.  I'm going to start using the date since we're no longer counting down to when we are off the restrictive plan.



The above is a picture of our lunch today.  It's called Chipotle, Avocado, and White Bean Wraps. I opened it up so you could see what was inside. It wasn't bad. Megan didn't put the red onion in, which would have made it better. It was very bland. I'm not sure I would eat it again. Not enough flavor.



For dinner last night we had Popeye Pitas with Mediterranean Tomato Spread, Caesar Salad with Healthy Caesar Dressing. They were pretty good. Not great, but better than lunch, and not as bland. I could eat these once in awhile.
