Eat to Live, Week 3, Day 7

I wasn't able to post yesterday, so I'm posting for yesterday today.  For dinner on Friday we had mixed greens and arugula salad with Apple Pie Dressing and Tailgate Chili with Black Beans. The Chili is pictured below.




I didn't get a picture of the salad with the Apple Pie Dressing. The chili was OK, but I liked the Two Bean Chili much better. This one was less soupy or chili like. It was too thick and not as flavorful. We had it again for lunch on Saturday and put some canned tomatoes in it and it was better. We probably should have used two cans. It was still a bit thick.

The salad was OK but not great. The Apple Pie dressing tasted like apple pie, surprisingly so, but it wasn't all that great as a salad dressing. It was too thick and a little too sweet.
