Eat to Live, Week 3, Day 6
I had this Portobello Red Pepper Sandwich for lunch today. It was surprisingly good! It took three halves to fill me up and I still probably could have eaten one more. Sadly I forgot to take a picture, so I had to grab one off of their website.
I have used large portobello as a hamburger substitute on the bbq, it was really good.
