Eat to Live, 6 Week Plan, Week 2, Day 5






At lunch today my resolve was really tested.  We tried a new breakfast dish, pictured above, called Berry "Yogurt".  It's a mixture of Chia seeds, Blueberries, and Almond milk.  It wasn't too bad but wasn't too filling either.

Then at lunch, my salad was a little old and the dressing (made from avocado and vinegar) didn't taste very good and we forgot to put some black beans in with it.  I could barely eat it.  I was practically gagging trying to choke it down.  It didn't help that I was pretty hungry because breakfast was skimpy.  I really wanted to go get a sandwich at a sandwich shop.  I made it through half of my gross salad and stopped.  I left work ASAP and came home and had a snack.


Our dinner tonight was two bean chili.  It was very tasty.
