Eat to Live, 6 Week Plan, Week 2, Day 2
This was our breakfast this morning. Blue Apple Nut Oatmeal. It includes currants, blueberries, apples, walnuts, and cinnamon. It was surprisingly good. Lots of flavors and very healthy. We had it with vanilla almond milk.
Our dinner tonight was Black Bean Mango Salad. We forgot to eat the pineapple that was supposed to go with it, but I found this dish rather bland. It needed more beans and more flavor.
