Eat to Live, 6 Week Plan, Week 1, Day 5



This was our dinner tonight.  Brocolli Pomegranate Salad.  It was pretty tasty.  We used some of Brenda's almond butter in the dressing with some sunflower seeds and raisins.  Brenda, that almond butter is REALLY GOOD!  Wow!  Better than Peanut butter! 

I learned the hard way that I needed more protein at lunch.  I had a salad with blueberries in it but didn't have any beans and didn't feel nearly satiated in spite of being full.  From now on, I'll make sure I get some protein with lunch.
