Eat to Live, 6 Week Plan, Week 1, Day 3

Today was a little rough.  We had steel cut oats with almond milk and strawberries and a banana for breakfast.  Mine tasted weird.  I'm not used to almond milk yet and I forgot to shake it so the flavor was off.  Also, oats are one of the few things I add sugar to usually, so without the sugar, it tasted off too.

Lunch had its own problems.  I'm starting to get sick of salads.  One of the things that worried me a lot about this new way of eating is that we're supposed to have salad as our main course for both lunch and dinner.  I'm only on day 3 and I'm already sick of salads.  



This was our dinner tonight.  It consisted of a big mixed greens salad (ugh) and this carrot dish that had the juice of an orange and cinnamon in it.  I thought it was too sweet.

My cravings are starting to kick in.  I could really use a nice thick steak right about now.  I've got a headache as well, probably from the food cravings.
